The Complexities of Insanity

It’s hardly breaking news that there has been so much stated about the sanity of the human mind that the opposite side of this phenomena, “The Insanity of the Human Mind,” is frequently overlooked. Come explore the depths with me as we uncover the insights I had while mulling this over in my head. Let dive deep 🌊

Spiritual systems view the mind as illogical, crazy, and devoid of reason. In order to see the mind’s dysfunction, we must examine it while removing ourselves from it. With the wars, hatred, environmental destruction, political attacks, broken relationships, government eavesdropping programmes, smartphone addictions, health issues, and more, we can see this dysfunction on a much larger scale. Millions of minds that are not in the correct place are the cause of something being slightly dysfunctional with the human population.

These minds are also programmed into a condition of helplessness and terror by social media and centralised media. Advertising also makes a significant attempt to be detrimental by encouraging people to smoke, consume alcohol, and consume sugar and caffeine. Remember that, despite what you may believe, you are not immune from advertising. When you perceive something, your subconscious retains a mental memory of it. You are a victim of advertising unless you turn off the TV and avoid going into stores.

Knowing the mind requires accepting the fact that it is unable to discern between the real and the unreal. Try paying attention to each key you press on a computer if you want to be conscious of 95% of your activities. You’ll make far less progress.) Like a massive computer, your subconscious has all of your past experiences saved. Every second, 2 million bits of info are thrown at us. The subconscious is in charge of sorting through all of this. Five to nine items of information are retained by the conscious mind. To free up conscious space, this information is sent to the subconscious for processing. Our brain is where we spend the majority of our energy.

These findings have significant ramifications. If the subconscious is responsible for carrying out the majority of our daily activities, it seems to reason that we should focus on influencing the subconscious rather than our conscious faculties. Carl Jung once said that “the unconscious will govern your life and you will call it fate until you make the unconscious awake.” Affirmations and self-hypnosis for empowerment are based on subconscious mind programming for conscious development. To develop a positive mindset for development and fulfilment, however, there are more factors to take into account in addition to these tactics.
